• Coordination and supervision of all Mechanical groups involved in the project and all related trades;
• Review and evaluation of General Contractor’s Work Plan, Schedule and execution of works;
• Inspection of construction progress and activities;
• Review and oversee all construction activities and ensure that all are properly monitored and executed correctly during construction;
• Attend weekly construction meetings on site;
• Review of material quantities and cost estimates per Issued for Construction Documents, and any approved additional works;
• Approval of methods and systems of construction, shop drawings and material submittals; in relation to Issued for Construction Documents and any approved additional works;
• Review of Change Orders and claims made by the Contractor (if any).
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to the UFPP office.
