• Coordination and supervision of all trade groups involved in the project
• Review and evaluation of general contractor's work plan and schedule
• Inspection of construction progress and activities together with the project management team
• Review and oversee all construction activities ensuring all are properly monitored and executed correctly during construction
• Attend daily and weekly meetings on site
• Review of material quantities and cost estimates together with the project management team
• Oversee approval of methods and systems of construction, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Oversee review of change orders and claims made by the contractor (if any)
• Review of weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to the Project Architect.
